Owners
Greg and Marci Davis born & raised in Kokomo Indiana. They became newlyweds in 1990. Greg started his hearing aid profession in 1996 and began his journey that would lead to Indiana Hearing Aid. Marci and Greg joined forces in 2004 to open their own office in Indianapolis IN. Greg and Marci partnered with Hal Hoover in 2006 to open their office in Noblesville IN. In 2010 the Indianapolis office was closed and relocated to Kokomo IN. Today both Kokomo and Noblesville offices are open for business proudly serving hearing impaired customers all over the state of Indiana.
Matt Morris, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Matt is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Matt was born in Indianapolis, IN and has stayed in the area his whole life. Matt attended Oral Roberts University and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid in Noblesville in 2022. Matt began working in the hearing industry in 2009 and was drawn to the profession by his desire to passionately pursue a career that provides an immediate improved quality of life to people on a daily basis.
What Matt loves most about saving hearing lives is helping his clients reconnect with their family, friends, and co-workers. Matt strives to stay up to date on the newest technology and treatment options. Lastly, Matt has a “client-first philosophy”, which enables him to give a personalized experience, making the client feel comfortable and confident while receiving a customized solution that improves the client’s hearing ability. Outside of office, Matt enjoys any activity with his lovely wife and two college aged children.
Kim Roe, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kim is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She grew up in Kokomo. She began working in the hearing industry in 2025 after her husband had hearing loss and tinnitus from taking chemo for throat cancer. Kim strives to give patients an informative and personalized experience as hearing loss can be difficult and frustrating for the individual, as well as family members.
What Kim loves most about saving hearing lives is meeting patients, hearing their stories, and working alongside them to meet their hearing needs. The look of amazement when they can hear better is priceless.
In her personal time, Kim loves to golf, disk golf, hike, fish, kayak, yard work, pretty much about anything outside along with spend time with family.
Mike Lawless
Hearing Aid Dealer
Mike Lawless is a hearing aid dealer. Mike is originally from Kokomo Indiana. Mike attended Taylor High School and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid at Kokomo in 2017. Mike began working in the hearing industry in 1989 and was drawn to the profession because it was something different than a normal job and helping people hear was rewarding. What Mike loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the look on people’s faces when you bring the world back to them. Mike strives and works to provide the best hearing in his everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives Mike loves hobbies such as watching sports and getting together with friends and family
Michelle Bailey, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Michelle Bailey is a patient care coordinator. Michelle is originally from Burlington, Indiana and moved to Kokomo, Indiana in 1991. Michelle attended Carroll High School and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid at Kokomo in 2021. Michelle began working in the hearing industry in 2021 and was drawn to the profession because her family has hearing issues.
What Michelle loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing a patient’s response when they are fitted with hearing aids the first time. Michelle strives to make the quality of life better in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Michelle loves to watch the Indianapolis Colts, spend time with her family and her two dogs.
Autumn Farr, PCC
Autumn Farr is a Patient Care Coordinator. Autumn is originally from Kokomo, IN. Autumn attended Kokomo High School and started working at Indiana Hearing Aid at Kokomo/Noblesville in 2021. Autumn began working in the hearing industry in 2006 and was drawn to the profession because her family is in the business.
What Autumn loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the excitement on the faces of patients when they hear things they haven’t heard for a long time. Autumn strives to make sure every patient gets the best care possible in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Autumn loves hobbies such as reading, riding motorcycles and spending time with family.
Jana Harrington, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Jana Harrington is a Patient Care Coordinator. Jana is originally from Anderson, Indiana and moved to Westfield Indiana in 2012. Jana began working in the hearing industry in 1991 and was drawn to the profession because her dad was a patient.
What Jana loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the reaction of a patient hearing well for the first time. Jana strives to be helpful in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Jana loves hobbies such as reading, watching old movies, spending time with family and enjoying her grandkids.
